Tree Trimmer
As a Tree Trimmer, you’ll be on the front lines of maintaining healthy, safe, and attractive trees for our clients. Your work will directly prevent hazards, improve curb appeal, and protect the environment. From shaping a tree to perfection to ensuring public safety during storm cleanups, your skills will make a visible difference every single day.
What You'll Do
- Safely trim, prune, and remove trees and shrubs using handsaws, chainsaws, pole saws, and pruning shears.
- Operate lifts, climbing gear, and rigging equipment to access high or hard-to-reach branches.
- Remove branches interfering with power lines, buildings, or roadways.
- Clear and dispose of debris, ensuring worksites are clean and safe.
- Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Work as part of a crew to complete projects efficiently and to high standards.
- Various other landscaping and property maintenance jobs.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs repeatedly.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in tree trimming, pruning, or related landscaping work.
- Knowledge of tree species, growth patterns, and proper pruning techniques.
- Ability to operate chainsaws, lifts, and other tree care equipment safely.
- Physical stamina and comfort working at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Strong teamwork skills and a safety-first mindset.
- A valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus).
